Every order is covered by a 30-day free return guarantee, starting from the date your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery — no restocking fees, no hidden charges, and no cost to you.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, please make sure that:
- The item was purchased from zinvo.shop;
- The return is requested within 30 days of the delivery date;
- The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it;
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards;
- Items marked "final sale" or "non-returnable" at checkout;
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery (unless they arrived defective).
4. How to Start a Return
Starting a return takes just one step:
- Email us at with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will reply with return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back.
You do not pay for return shipping. We provide prepaid return labels for all approved returns.
5. Refund Processing
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 1–3 business days.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 7 business days of our approval email:
- Check your bank account again;
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted;

7. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or color. To request an exchange, email us with your order number and the item you would like instead. Exchanges follow the same 30-day window as returns.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you.
9. Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you cannot find it, or if your package appears to be lost in transit, email us at . After a brief carrier investigation, we will send you a free replacement or a full refund.
10. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, please use our 30-day return process instead.
11. Taxes and Duties
The prices shown at checkout are final. zinvo covers all applicable sales taxes on your order — you will never be asked to pay extra taxes or fees when your order arrives.
12. Shipping Charges
Orders of $30 or more qualify for free shipping. If you paid a shipping fee on an order under $30, the original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (for example, a defective or incorrect item).
13. Return Shipping Address
Approved returns should be shipped to the address provided in our return confirmation email. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
